Mother's Day Minis 2026

Mother's Day Minis for 2026 will be boho/plants inspired! They will take place in the new greenhouse that will be built in the backyard behind my home studio. The greenhouse is literally here and, in my possession, but I haven't been able to even begin to build it because of this damn weather! Ugh! Like I love snow for a good Christmas vibe but come on now, can we get just like a couple of days of like 30+ degrees or something. Can I see grass? Can I go outside without the air hurting me?! This winter is no joke! Anyhow, all I have photos of to show people for now are the pics from the website it was ordered from. I also have a very large bunny enclosure for my backyard that is still sitting in a box.

Mother's Day Minis will be on April 12th & 19th. I always love the Mother's Day Minis to see all of the kids with their Moms and Grandmas. I love to see the love! One thing you can never go wrong with for a gift is pictures. My boys are all so darn big now and I get so excited to do their pictures the one time a year they let me.

I love doing Boho because I feel like it works for a lot of different looks that people want to wear. I also loooooove plants so of course there will be lots of plants involved. Normally, this time of year I have already went and bought new plants for the studio, but this weather has me like stuck in not being Spring motivated.

Speaking of what to wear......Neutrals, earth tones.....always preferred. Bright/neon colors don't photograph well. They also bounce reflections onto skin and can make people look orange or pink. I prefer no patterns....I mean soooome pattern on one or 2 people in your group I'm sure is fine, but plain, no patterns is the chef's kiss. lol

I hope to see you all there and I am so interested to see what our March and April weather is going to be like. I will have a space heater in the greenhouse if needed of course!
